Vehicle Rental Terms & Conditions
Terms Applicable to Every Booking with B.A. RENT 4 YOU
1. Booking Procedure
Vehicle booking can be done:

- By email: info@halkidiki-rent4you.gr
- By phone on our company phones
The reservation is considered valid and binding only after official confirmation from the company.
2. Rental Conditions
The tenant must:
- Let it be over 20 years old
- To have valid driver's license at least 1 year
- Non-E.U. citizens they must provide international or European license, as well as passport with Tourist Visa where required
- Permits must be at Greek or English
3. Documents for Vehicle Pickup
Upon receipt required:
- Valid driver's license
- Identity card or passport
- Credit or debit card in the driver's name for a bond
4. Receipt - Delivery Procedure
- The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and is received with the same fuel level
- The tenant is responsible to report any damage upon receipt
- In case lack of fuel or wear, a relevant fee applies
The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle to received state, with all its accessories (documents, tools, equipment).
5. It is prohibited to use the Vehicle for:
- Transfers for a fee
- Towing, racing, breaking the law
- Subletting, use of substances under the influence
- Transportation of hazardous or illegal materials
- Driving by unauthorized persons
6. Insurance Coverage & Options
It is included:
- Civil liability to third parties up to €1,000,000
- Material damages to third parties up to €1,000,000
- Legal protection up to €10,000
- Damages from an uninsured vehicle up to €6,000
- Personal accident up to €15,000
Insurance Levels:
1. CDW – Simple Civil Liability
→ Mandatory guarantee without additional daily costs
2. PDW – Partial Damage Relief
→ Limits liability with small daily fee
3. SCDW + TP – Full Exemption & Theft/Fire
→ Minimization of liability with a daily fee + €200–300 guarantee
Damage to:
- Undercarriage, wheels, interior, seats
- Mirrors, rims, GPS, accessories, wrong type of fuel
- If the incident is not reported to the Traffic or the insurance company
The Mixed Insurance does not apply in the event that the customer drives the car in violation of any provision of the Highway Traffic Code or the terms of this contract. Damage to tyres, windscreens, windows and damage to the underside of the car are not covered by Combined Insurance.
7. Additional Guide
Free, just register upon receipt and meet the same conditions.
8. Lease Extension
The lessee must communicate at least 48 hours before expiration, to confirm availability.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Up to 48 hours before: without charge
- 24–48 hours: 50% charge
- <24 hours or no show: 100% charge
→ Cancel by email or phone | Bank charges are charged to the customer
10. Delivery / Pickup Locations
- Deliveries to our offices or the Airport without charge
- For distances >30 km → €0.30/km (minimum €25)
- Outside opening hours (08:00–21:30): charge €20
11. Movement Limits
- It is forbidden to leave Greece
- Transfer by boat only with written approval
→ Damage during transport is not covered
12. Violations & Fines
- The lessee bears full responsibility for any fine or administrative penalty
13. Additional Benefits
- 1st child seat: free
- 2nd child seat: €2/day (max €30)
- 24/7 roadside assistance
- Unlimited km for >4 days
→ Up to 4 days: 200 km/day | Excess: €0.20/km
→ May–September: 2,500 km limit for >4 days | Excess: €0.20/km
14. Out of Hours Delivery
Deliveries outside official service hours (08:00–21:30) are charged charge €20.
15. Legal Framework
These terms are governed by Greek law.
