The guarantee required to be paid for each car rental is set at 300 euros.
After the end of the rental and when returning the car, if they are not found
material damage or violations of the contractual terms, the guarantee is returned to the customer in full.

In order to complete any car rental, a deposit equal to
20% of the total amount of the value of the reservation, so that it is considered acceptable by
our company and confirm the availability of the vehicle.

B.A. RENT 4 YOU allows movement throughout the Greek territory with the
condition that the car will not leave the Greek border and will not be loaded into
train, ship or other means of transport without our prior written consent.

The car is prohibited to leave Greece as well as to be loaded on a train, ship or
other means of transport without the prior written consent of the lessor company.
All our cars and services are governed by Greek laws and the Greek language
fair.

B.A. RENT 4 YOU car rental company has three operational offices-
stations: one in Pylaia Thessaloniki, one in the center of Halkidiki in Nea Moudania, and
one in the area of ​​MACEDONIA Airport (SKG). We provide rental services
cars with free pickup and delivery at Thessaloniki Airport (SKG),
as well as at the corporate premises, without any additional charge.

If the renter wishes to extend the rental of the car and it concerns a rental
lasting more than one day, is obliged to notify the lessor in writing
company (48) hours at least before the end of the rental to receive the relevant document
approval. The written notification must be made by e-mail.
If he fails to do so, he is subject to civil and criminal liability for illegal use and possession
of the car. In case of extension of the rental, the tenant is bound by the

Cancellations of car reservations can be made free of charge up to 48
hours before the scheduled rental. The customer is obliged to inform her

cancellations take effect from the moment they are received by the company. In case
forced cancellation of the reservation after 48 hours, the customer bears
the entire cost of the car rental.
